What this website collects, and what it does not.

The contact form

If you use the form on this site, we receive the name, organisation, work email, role and message you type. The submission is sent as an email to LotWarden's inbox through Cloudflare, which processes it only to deliver it. We use it to reply to you and for nothing else: no mailing list, no sharing, no sale. If you ask for a walkthrough or an evaluation code, we keep the email for as long as the conversation is live and delete it when it is not. You can ask us to delete it at any time at hello@lotwarden.com.au.

No cookies, no tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or behavioural tracking. It does not use Google Analytics or similar tools. The one thing your browser stores is nothing: preferences are not remembered between visits.

What is loaded from elsewhere

The pages are hosted on GitHub Pages and delivered through Cloudflare's DNS, so those providers see the ordinary web-server logs that any site produces, such as your IP address and the pages requested. The site's typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google's servers see a request for the font files when a page loads. The walkthrough video is hosted on this site itself, not on a video platform.

The product is separate from the website

Nothing on this page describes the LotWarden application. The application runs on one PC in your laboratory, never opens a network connection, and never sends anything to us or to anyone else. Its security posture is described on the security page, and every claim there can be verified on the machine it runs on.

Your rights

LotWarden is an Australian business and handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to hello@lotwarden.com.au and a person will answer.
