# LotWarden

> LotWarden is goods-receiving software for accredited pathology and medical laboratories. It reads scanned supplier delivery notes with offline OCR, checks every reagent lot against the laboratory's pre-acceptance register, writes the receipt into the laboratory's own controlled Excel logs through Excel itself, and produces NATA (ISO 15189:2022) and ISO 9001 assessment packs. It runs from a single folder on one PC, never opens a network connection, uses no AI or cloud services, and keeps a SHA-256 hash-chained audit log of every action. It is an Australian product built against ISO 15189:2022 clauses 6.6 and 7.11.
